Williams was elevated to the Broncos' 53-man roster Thursday, Zac Stevens of TheDNVR.com reports. Williams hasn't played an NFL game since 2016 with the Bengals, but he spent training camp in 2019 with Denver. Joe Person@josephperson7D agoPanthers' Jadeveon Clowney was fined $16,883 for a hip-drop tackle on a sack of Michael Penix Jr. last week. The NFL fined 24 players for hip-drops over the course of the regular season. But the only one penalized - Panthers LB Jacoby Windmon vs. ARZ in Week 16 - was not fined.
