Koch signed a one-year, two-way contract with Utah on Thursday. Koch provided some extra aggression for AHL Tucson last year, recording 97 PIM and 15 points in 63 contests. He also appeared in one NHL game with the Coyotes while playing on his entry-level deal. Koch is likely just organizational depth on the blue line for Utah.... See More ... See Less

Coyotes' Patrik Koch: Sent back to minors
Koch was reassigned to AHL Tucson on Friday. Koch's demotion could be temporary, especially if Matt Dumba (not injury related) is traded ahead of Friday's deadline. In his NHL debut against Minnesota on Thursday, the 27-year-old Koch registered one shot, four hits and 10 PIM in 9:20 of ice time.... See More ... See Less -
Coyotes' Patrik Koch: Makes NHL debut
Koch made his NHL debut during Thursday's 5-2 loss to Minnesota. The 27-year-old defender made his debut because the team held Matt Dumba out of the lineup for trade-related reasons. Koch saw just 9:20 of ice time with a single shot and four hits. If players move out at the trade deadline, Koch might continue to get games, but fantasy managers shouldn't view him as a potential pickup just yet.... See More ... See Less -
Coyotes' Patrik Koch: Up from minors
Koch was recalled from AHL Tucson on Thursday, per Craig Morgan of PHNX Sports. Koch has a goal, 11 points and 67 PIM in 47 contests with Tucson this season. The 27-year-old might get an opportunity to make his NHL debut Thursday versus Minnesota if Matt Dumba, who is questionable for trade-related reasons, doesn't play.... See More ... See Less -
Coyotes' Patrik Koch: Returns to minors

Luke Lapinski@LukeLapinski12/31/1969If whatever Utah’s calling the Coyotes wins the draft lottery in a week that’s too much. Have to draw the line somewhere.

Rich Nairn@RichNairn912/31/1969I’ve always loved the Jets/Coyotes tradition of the Whiteout dating back to 1987 when the Jets called upon fans to wear white to support the home team. The NHL needs to allow home teams to choose their jersey color for home playoff games so players can wear white too. https://t.co/GoFk4Kz7yN
